Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Park

Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Park can be found on the same hillock as Manikya Lal Verma Park. Udaipur’s Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) created it. Â
It also features the first “Musical Fountain” in Rajasthan, which was created by the “Yagnik Mechanical Engineering Works”. It’s a great place to see the sun go down over Lake Pichola as the lake reflects the golden rays of the setting sun.
The Ropeway
From the highest point of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Park, visitors can ride a ropeway down to the Karni Mata temple.
Approximately 500 meters in the air, this ride travels over a mono cable with a fixed grip. This ropeway is the first of its kind in Rajasthan.
The ride takes only 4 minutes but the view from the cabin takes in Lake Pichola, the spectacular City Palace complex, Sajjangarh Fort, and much more of the city.

The months of November through February are the most pleasant times to visit Udaipur and the Doodh Talai Musical Garden.
Best Things To Do In Doodh Talai Udaipur
The Doodh Talai Udaipur Lake provides a wide variety of activities, from camel rides to a taste of traditional Rajasthani cuisine to boating and horseback riding.
Manikya Lal Verma Garden is another option. The Garden was opened in 1995 and connects the nearby Doodh Talai Musical Garden and Karni Mata Temple with a pedestrian bridge.
Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Park’s ropeway is a fun way to travel to the Karni Mata temple. The bike takes 4 minutes and travels 500 meters in elevation.
Exciting and beautiful views of Sajjangarh Fort, the City Palace Complex, and other attractions may be seen from the ropeway as you soar over them.
