Entrance To The Temple
To enter the Chhatia Jagannath Temple, you must climb a set of stairs. The temple is surrounded by massive, impenetrable walls, giving the impression that it is in a protected territory. Hardly nothing of the temple is visible from the outside.
On top of the walls, you can see the Kalki Avatar mounting a horse. A mural of the Devi with several gods and demons encircling her is on top of the entrance arch.
